Dear Parents,

Let me congratulate the player for being an inaugural CMC Sports Scholarship recipient. The condition of this scholarship is that your son/s or daughter/s MUST play the nominated sports for the full season. If you believe that he or she is unable to play for this season, please let us know immediately. 

Please also fill this form in ASAP for collecting your back details - need to fill for each player.  Please note that all scholarship money MUST go via your local bank account. Please check the scholarship amount here.
