In line with the EC's announcement last Sunday, only 10 people will be allowed for Jumuah today.

As a reference, below announcement was made on Sunday 10 May 2020;

Assalaamu Alaikum dear brothers and sisters:
Following on from the recent government announcement regarding the easing of COVID-restrictions, beginning tomorrow we are delighted to open our beloved Gungahlin Masjid for 5 daily prayers including Jumu'ah and Taraweeh based on the following rules strictly:
1) No more than 10 people at a time will be allowed inside the masjid, except the people conducting the prayers/services;
2) Masjid door will be closed once we have 10 people inside the hall (applicable to all prayers including Jumuah and Taraweeh);
3) Masjid will be open for prayer times only (5 min before prayer and will be closed soon after the prayer)
4) Come prepared (make wudu at home, as toilet facilities will be unavailable at this stage);
5) Bring your own prayer mat;
6) Maintain the social distancing (1.5m) at all times;
7) People over 60 or vulnerable (i.e. those with existing health conditions) should refrain from attending the Masjid;
8) The Sisters area is closed until further notice due to ongoing construction work;
9) No children are allowed at this stage; and most importantly
10) Stay home if you are sick/not well or have flu-like symptoms.

Please Note: Due to current pandemic, there will be no I'tikaaff at Gungahlin Masjid this year.
