Canberra Muslim Community is proud to be part of Floriade Community, helping to brighten up Canberra suburbs.

It’s been a great pleasure for me to attend ACT government community garden grants program.   Minister for the Environment, Parks, and Land Management - Rebecca Vassarotti MLA announced the list of successful applicants. Our application is successful and we are going to start building our community garden next to the Gunghalin Mosque.

Thank you, Chief Minister Andrew Barr and Mallika Raj, for visiting the Gungahlin Mosque to meet with our executive committee. Your support and engagement are invaluable as we discuss the mosque's progress and future needs. We look forward to work together for the benefit of our community.

Eid Mubarak!

According to Imams Council of ACT, Eid-Ul-Adha 2024 will be held on Sunday, 16 June 2024. Canberra Muslim Community (CMC), Executive Committee (EC) will organise Eid salah at the Gungahlin Mosque. 

There will be two Jamah for Eid salah on Sunday, 16 June, 2024:

First Jamah: 8:00 am
Second Jamah: 9:30 am
